Your Success is My Priority

"My husband and I loved working with Stacy! She helped us buy our first home but was so much more than just a real estate agent, she became someone we can call a friend. She worked so hard for us, even on the weekends and at late hours. We live five hours away and I was pregnant and nearing my due date, so physically sitting down with her and seeing homes together was very difficult but she worked around all that and made it happen anyway. After purchasing our home, we realized it was in desperate need of a paint job, and Stacy was able to get us in contact with the greatest painter! Our painter was professional, courteous, and incredibly fast at getting the job done. We love Stacy and would certainly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. She was phenomenal, and we will not be forgetting her!"

"Stacy was the listing agent for our Fripp Island home. For reference, Fripp is definitely NOT a seller’s market! Within 8 weeks of listing with Stacy we had an offer and in less than a month after that it closed! Her attention to detail is impeccable, from the listing photographs to the final closing details she made sure that all of the fine points were addressed. She was always available with honest and valuable advice. If you are looking for an agent who will work for you, look no further."

"Stacy did a great job helping us purchase the property that we saw online. We contacted her because she was the listing agent and already had excellent reviews online. She was professional, prompt and thorough. She gave us great advice and guidance. We were not living locally and she went above and beyond to help us accomplish things before, during and after the sale. She has been extremely friendly and excellent to work with."

"Stacy Applegate did an outstanding job. She was responsive at all times and helpful in so many ways. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying and/or selling in the Beaufort County South Carolina area. She even helped me sell items on Facebook Marketplace! She had excellent referrals for a reliable attorney, plumber, electrician, etc. She was open and honest about the listing price. Stacy is the best!"

"Stacy"s involvement in the sale of our home was the best decision that we made concerning the whole thing. Thank you so much for making this such an easy process. Thank you for bearing the brunt of all this work, and the successful sale of my property and for making this a positive and struggle-free experience."
